Praising the elements of UFC present, Donald Trump showed his thanks to Dana White for making the mixed martial arts company a success, although some critics claim it is a very violent sport for Americans, to which Trump replied:
“They just don’t know how violent we are to the American people. They’ve never noticed.”

Subsequently, Trump flattered Colby Covington, Henry Cejudo and Justin Gaethje, fighters present at the ceremony: “Underneath those beautiful costumes there are many muscles, a lot of power, a lot of genius to fight and for other things… but a lot of genius under those suits.”
UHC Fighter wanted to kiss Trump’s hand
On more than one occasion in the past, Donald Trump has shown his sympathy for Colby Covington and at the end of the rally showed him posing next to the wrestler and showing him his support for the next fight, to which Colby wanted to respond by kissing the president’s hand.
